How can I make a reservation?

Where can I find the price list?
The price list is available at www.pastelowedomki.pl in the Price list / Reservations tab. To calculate the offer, select the date of stay, number of people and any additional options, the system calculates automatically.
Until when should I pay for the reservation?
The initial reservation (30%) should be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation by bank transfer or via the payment system available on the website. At the time of booking, you will receive bank transfer details or a link to the payment system.
The remaining part of the deposit (70%) must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. Unpaid booking is canceled.
Will I receive a refund of the deposit in the event of resignation from reasons beyond my control, e.g. illness
In the event that you resign from the fully paid stay) the reservation is canceled and re-issued for sale. If the date is re-sold, then the 70% deposit will be refunded within 14 working days (the 30% deposit is not refundable).
In the event of non-sale of the deadline, the down payment is non-refundable.
Will I get a refund if the government prohibits travel due to Covid19?
In the event of a ban on moving or renting, the amount of the deposits paid will be returned in the form of a Voucher to be used by the end of the next season.
When can you come to Pastel Houses?
The houses are rented in the period from April 29, 2022 to October 30, 2022
The minimum rental period is 2 nights in the WEEKEND offer or 3 nights on any day of the week.
In high season (18/06-11/09), the minimum stay is 7 nights.
During this period, arrivals and departures are possible: Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.
Is it possible to come with a dog / cat?
Pets are not allowed.
Is the pool in both locations?
There are two pools in Wicie, a shallower one with a depth of 60 cm and a deeper one with a depth of 120 cm

When is the swimming pool open? What is the pool water temperature?
The swimming pool is open from 29/04 to 30/10.
The pool is heated when the air temperature exceeds 15'C.
The temperature depends on weather conditions and in the summer season it remains at the level of 21-26 degrees.
Can I redeem a Tourist Voucher?
Yes, we are redeeming the Tourist Voucher.
Payments with the voucher are settled when making the payment of the second part of the deposit, i.e. no later than 30 days before the planned stay.
Please send the voucher code , then we will contact you by phone to confirm the transaction.
Is it possible to buy food?
We do not offer food.
Is parking included in the price of the stay?
One parking space is included in the price of the stay
An additional parking space costs PLN 20 / day
